Would my appearance be improved by plastic surgery and the use of injectables? Maybe somewhat. But I could probably accomplish a similar change by subtle use of cosmetics. I certainly have no plans for surgery or injectables.

You look just fine the way you are. Why cover up the freckles?
Plastic surgery is so… I don’t know… if you are disfigured or have some sort of medical or health issue that would be cleared up, that’s one thing, otherwise, why not some counseling for self-esteem instead?
